How does franchising work?

Am I suitable?
We are looking for people who want to grow a business. Ideally you will be success driven with a background in customer service, sales and/or management and be business-minded. Although you do not need to have any knowledge of the recruitment industry, as you will be given all the training you need, a real desire to own and operate your business and systematic focussed approach will be key to your future success.

Can I expand my business operation once started?
Our territory allocation gives our franchise business owners the scope to fully grow within their own designated territory after they are up and running. If it is within the territory there is no further franchise fee payable to grow the business within it.
What training and support is offered to Franchise business owners?
Our initial induction course is designed to get your new business up and running swiftly within your own timeframe.The initial induction is held over a two week period at the National Support Centre in the South East, with additional ongoing needs based training. Each franchise business owner received comprehensive training as part of their franchise package:

- Observation and mentoring at our working office.
- Essential Recruitment Skills - classroom style training
- Training on our “bespoke” software systems.

- Post-launch assessment normally within 12 weeks of

Our induction training courses run monthly, allowing our new franchisees and their staff to complete their induction training programme within their first 12 months of trading at a pace to suit both their business and personal time commitments.
Who will be helping me to complete the training?
You will work with experienced individuals within our business who has first hand experience of launching our business model. Our objective is to assist and support new franchise owners in fully understanding their recruitment businesses, as well as working with current franchisees to increase their profitability and market share within their existing territories.
All of our franchise business owners have access to a 'free' legal helpline, should you have a recruitment technical query. We operate very much of the philosophy that your future success is also ours and with that in mind we are
never more than a ‘phone call away.
How successful will I be, will there be enough business opportunity once I have launched?
As a business owner your rewards and earnings levels as well as lifestyle choices are within your control. Your success will always be down to you as the franchise business owner based upon your input and commitment.
Rest assured our experienced management team would have invested time in researching and to ensure that your territory will match your business expectations for growth and earnings potential.

Who are the BFA?
The BFA stands for the British Frachising Association who provide a robust framework of ethical trading methods for Franchise business models in the UK which we follow.
Do you help with recruiting and training of my staff?
All of our franchisee’s staff will attend training on our systems and operation to ensure they are up and running as quickly as possible within the business. This reduces the time you would of spent allowing you to focus on running
your business.
We will advise you how to build your business every step of the way and can assist you in the recruitment process from selection through to pyschometric testing where required.
How long will it take to open?
From the day you first contact us we can have you fully operational and trading within one month (subject to funding) after you have conducted due dilligence. Due to how our business model operates and the comprehensive training available - this makes us attractive to franchise business owners looking for a business opportunity that is swift to launch.
